At Vajiandro Wellness LLP, we stand behind the quality of our Ayurvedic formulations. We understand that choosing a health product is a personal decision, and we want you to feel confident in your purchase.
1. Return Eligibility
Eligible for Return
- Unopened, unused products in original packaging
- Products received in damaged condition
- Wrong product delivered
- Products past their expiry date at the time of delivery
Not Eligible for Return
- Opened or partially used products (for hygiene and safety reasons)
- Products returned after 15 days from delivery
- Products damaged due to mishandling by the customer
- Consultation fees (see Section 4)
2. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery via email (vajiandro@gmail.com) or WhatsApp (+91 84969 73301)
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- For damaged products, share photos of the damage
- Our team will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions within 24 hours
- Ship the product back using the instructions provided
Note: All return communications are handled with complete confidentiality and discretion.
3. Refund Process
Refund Timeline
- Refund is initiated within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product
- Refund is processed to the original payment method
- Bank processing may take an additional 5–7 business days
Refund Amount
- Damaged/Wrong Product: Full refund including shipping charges
- Change of Mind (Unopened): Product amount minus original shipping charges
- Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error
4. Consultation Refunds
- Cancellation 24+ hours before: Full refund
- Cancellation within 24 hours: 50% refund or reschedule at no cost
- No-show: No refund (consultation may be rescheduled once at our discretion)
- Cancelled by us: Full refund or immediate reschedule
5. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for unopened products within 7 days of delivery. Contact us to arrange an exchange. If the replacement product has a different price, the difference will be charged or refunded accordingly.
6. Quality Guarantee
All Vajiandro products are manufactured in GMP-certified facilities and undergo quality testing. If you receive a product that you believe is defective or doesn't meet our quality standards, please contact us immediately. We take quality concerns very seriously.
